Region 6 of USAWE encompasses the following states and territories: New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Region 7
Region 6 of USAWE encompasses the following states and territories: Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and the US territories in the Atlantic.

Working Equitation East
Working Equitation East is a group of WE riders, show organizers, and volunteers who work to coordinate WE events within the eastern regions (6 & 7) of USAWE.
WEE serves as a resource for people and affiliate organizations that are new to the sport of Working Equitation, and we offer a few USAWE-recognized shows per year and support the Eastern Regions Championships and WAWE Qualifiers.
USA Working Equitation
USAWE is the parent organization for the sport of working equitation within the United States. USAWE is organized for two specific purposes:
1.) The fostering of local, regional, national, and international amateur sports competitions, including educational activities, promotional activities, and competitions related to the sport of Working Equitation in the United States.
2.) The fostering of national or international amateur sports competitions primarily to conduct national or international competition in sports and to support and develop amateur athletes for national or international competition in sports.

World Association for Working Equitation
WAWE is the international guiding organization for working equitation. WAWE aims to promote and regulate the sport in each participating country.
Since its formation in 2004, WAWE has organized four World Championships and nine European Championships for senior riders, and one World and three European Championmships for junior riders.
