Wednesday, October 15: 

• Stabling open for move-in

Thursday, October 16:

• 9:00 AM Competitors may begin Check In

• 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Veterinary Inspections

  • Championship competitors and WAWE qualifiers only.

  • Horses must wear a bridle, limited to one set of reins.

  • Handlers must be dressed in competition attire or comparable street attire.

  • Helmets are required for Youth or Young Riders.

  • An order of go will be established by level, starting with L7 in descending order.

• 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Dressage court and EOH primary obstacles (Bridge, Pen, Bull, and Gate) open for schooling for all riders.

  • Sound check for Masters level and WAWE qualifying riders, details to be emailed.

• 4:00 PM - Opening Ceremony in FB&TC Covered Pavilion.

• 6:00 PM – Competitor’s Briefing and Welcome Reception in Farm Credit Pavilion.

Friday, October 17:

• 8:00 AM – Dressage Trial (L1-L7) in the FB&TC Covered Pavilion.

• 5:30 PM - Course walks for EOH (all levels)

• 6:30 PM – Competitor’s Potluck Dinner in the Farm Credit Pavilion.

Saturday, October 18:

• 7:30 AM – Ease of Handling Trial begins

• 11:45 AM - Lunch and L1 awards ceremony

• 1:45 PM Ease of Handling resumes

• 5:30 PM course walks for Speed round

• 6:30 PM – Catered Competitor’s Banquet in Farm Credit Pavilion.

Sunday, October 19:

• 8:00 AM – Speed Trial in outdoor arena.

• 11:30 AM – Lunch

• 1:00 PM – Cattle trial

• 4:00 PM – L2-L7 Awards Ceremony in FB&TC Covered Pavilion and close of the Show.
