Championship Show Schedule
The 2025 USAWE Eastern Regions Championship Show and the WE at Meadow Event Park will be run concurrently.
Thursday, October 16 - 9:00 AM – Competitors may begin Check In
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Veterinary Inspections
(for Championship Competitors only)
6:00 PM – Competitor’s Briefing and Welcome Reception
Friday, October 17 - 8:00 AM – Dressage Trial (L1-L7)
6:00 PM – Progressive Barn Party
Saturday, October 18 - 8:00 AM – L1-L7 Ease of Handling Course Walk
8:45 AM – L1-L7 Ease of Handling Trial
Sunday, October 19 - 8:00 AM – Speed Course Walk
8:45 AM – Speed Trial
12:30 PM – Cattle Trial
3:00 PM – Awards Ceremony
Lunch Breaks will be scheduled as close to noon as possible each day.
